Imagination Movers 2nd Birthday Party!

Our son, Ayden, has turned two years old!  For his birthday party we had a big Imagination Movers Idea Emergency party!  If you do not have kids or you don’t watch Disney Playhouse, then you will have no idea what I’m talking about.  The Imagination Movers just signed on for a third season on Disney Playhouse and all I have to say is thank God!  This is the one show my son is obsessed with and watches every day.  We made Mover uniforms for all the kids to wear while at the Clarke Idea Warehouse.  We used Gail Evans to make these t-shirts.  We usually use her for our business embroidery.  The cake was made by Cari Ditty.  She has made his cake every year and always does an incredible job.  We brought the ball pit out of our bedroom (still blown up from last year’s party:)).  Our balloon lady is Tamara at Balloonsandgiftbasketexpressions.com, it was difficult this year since there are no pre-made Mover decorations, but she did a great Warehouse Mouse for our dining room table.  I’m pretty sure Ayden is going to think he gets to have a birthday party every weekend.  His friends are having lots of parties all of a sudden and he thinks they are all for him.

My son is also obsessed with the Imagination Movers. We’re having a 3rd mover bday party for him and I love the invitations you used. Where can I find them/have them made?

Thanks!

Thank you so much for this! We are doing a Mover’s Party for my son’s 2nd birthday as well…and you had some amazing ideas! Looks like so much fun! :)

We made the invitations by cutting out felt and hand sewing them. I bought fabric glue to glue on the “A” for Mover Ayden. We had Gail Evans to put the Mover logo on the back of the card. Ryan made the insert. I “borrowed” the idea from Lisa’s Handmade cards, she had the original/adorable idea. I only wish I could take credit for her adorable cards look. The website is http://lisashandmadecards.com/custom-imagination-movers-birthday-invitations/
I hope this helps anyone that is searching for a great Mover B-Day Party inspiration.
